I just got back from Blogging Camp! It’s like a camp you attended when you were a kid - meeting new people and choosing which activities you want to participate in that day!
Only this camp was like learning a new language: Social networking, book marking, track backs, apps & widgets, organic searches, 2.0, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, wordpress, plug-ins, Google analytics…Ooooo, it made my heard hurt!
Reflecting upon my camp experience, I found that you can get too wrapped up on the technology and techie terms and still not be able to produce useful content.
This article is about HOW to create useful content with 7 different formulas you can either use on your own blog page or participate in other blogs and discussion boards. These formulas will never fail you, especially if you are ever at a loss for words!
There are different types of blogs--like personal one where you talk about your family, what you did yesterday—then there are business blogs, where you talk about mortgages or the economy. By the way, if you have a Facebook account, you should never mix personal/social with your business. You have 2 separate accounts.
The formulas I’m about to share will work for both—but the examples are geared towards blogging to increase referrals from clients and real estate agents!
