While some real estate agents and loan officers have held FSBO seller seminars—this is different! It’s for sellers who have already listed with a real estate company and invitations are sent to the listing agent’s clients!
Karen: Chris, thanks for agreeing to the interview and unselfishly sharing your info with other loan officers. Just a little background on you please?

Karen: Why did you decide to hold a Seller’s Seminar?

Nor did they understand the new underwriting realities—which are that it’s harder for a buyer to get approved and how they could qualify for a mortgage themselves, once their home was sold.
Karen: How did you get 60 people to attend?
