Personality Pictures and Creative Poses
Pick up any real estate magazine! And don't forget the newspaper either! There are three kinds of "agent" pictures you will find in any ad:
- 1. The Head Shot;
- 2. The Glamour Shot;
- 3. The Pose Shot (where the agent is standing with their arms folded-or something close to that!).
Real estate agents and loan officers use these three basic "poses" in their ads. Oh, I'm sure you have seen the occasional picture of agents or loan officers with their dogs, children or grandchildren. And the "famous" one-"I sell real estate Yard by Yard" while standing next to a real estate sign. But after a while, they all look the same, don't they?
