Family Checklist:
My guess is - most people are like me. When I went out of town and asked a friend to check my house periodically, I verbally told them what to look out for. When I hired a babysitter, I wrote down important information - but each time, had to gather it from different address books; remember to explain the "house" rules and what to do with the pets.
Not anymore!
Send your past clients a Family Checklist.
It's a handy reference/information list your clients can leave on the refrigerator for the babysitter or if they are going out of town. It's information that can be found all in one place. When the babysitter arrives, you "try" to remember to tell them about your children's school, food allergies, television, your children's Internet rules, pet information, normal "house noises" - you know, the usual stuff. However, wouldn't it be great to have it all in one location?
We recommend that you provide 3 copies in case of any changes. Copy on legal-sized paper (8 1/2" X 14"), heavy cardstock, and simply add your picture, name, contact information and print on your copy machine for an inexpensive, yet useful checklist they will keep on their refrigerator forever.

It's just another way to stay in touch with your past clients, real estate agents and affinity partners so when they think of the word "mortgage", they think of you.
