Mortgage Marketing MinderTM - July 2005: Client Newsletter

Client newsletters aren't just for your past clients -

What's in the Quarterly Client Newsletter?

I recently received a call from a loan officer who wanted to know when the next Realtor® newsletter would be created. Newsletters to real estate agents are published on a quarterly basis - but DON'T limit your marketing to Realtor-specific news because agents are CONSUMERS too.

In addition to sending this newsletter to your clients, be sure to send to EVERYONE on your mailing list, INCLUDING Realtors®, CPA's, Financial Planners, Attorney's and people you personally do business with. In fact, when paying your bills, include a copy in your payment envelope.

Client newsletters are created to appeal to everyone who is a consumer - and pretty much everyone is one.

Here are the topics you will find in this quarterly newsletter:

  • Top 10 Things to Do With Your Money Today - Condensed from Money Magazine's top 50, the first one advises clients to use their mortgage as a financial planning tool.

  • The Newest Rage in Theme Parties - It's a Living Will Party and features the 5 Wishes Form.

  • Recommended Reading - 50 Ways to Paint a Wall.

  • What the Food "Sell-By" Dates Really Mean - Sell-by dates on the labels don't necessarily mean that is the "expiration date".

Don't pay for expensive newsletters because it's been created for you. As a subscriber, it's free. Just add your name, picture and contact information, print and copy. It's that simple.
