Winter is just around the corner and September's Mortgage Marketing Minder^TM is extremely timely - it's handy a Homeowner's Maintenance Checklist for your clients.

The checklist is a versatile marketing piece beause you can send out to your past clients; send out to clients on the 6-month anniversary of the closing of their home; and also work with real estate agents where both of you could co-brand the piece (be careful not to violate RESPA and make them pay for their share of the printing and mailing expenses) with both of your pircutes and contact information.

The Maintenance Checklist has been designed so you can add your picture and contact information. We have also provided you with a cover letter to send and how your clients can use the checklist.

We suggest that you print on card-stock type paper or have it laminated, as this is an item that they will hold on to for a longer period of time and refer to on a regular basis.
