(www.TheLearningAnnex.com) 21,000 people attended the session in New York City and 46,000 in Los Angeles. Major sponsors such as ABN-Amro and CitiMortgage consider this as one of the up and coming niche markets.
With fix-and-clip loans, E-Bay, real estate investment clubs and even HGTV with shows like "Property Ladder" are getting in the act.
This is a huge market that NOT many loan officers are taking advantage of.
