The Power of Your Voice - Via the Internet

By: Karen Deis, Publisher

What if your website could talk? How about a talking email? E-Newsletters that speak to your clients?

Do you think this would set you apart from all the other loan officers out there?

You bet it would!

For about a year now, I have searched the world over (well, not quite) to find a web-based, audio program for loan officers to use within emails and websites. The most important criteria was that is had to be easy to use as well. After a long search, I think I have found it for you!

First of all, let me tell you a little bit about the system. It's called the Audio Generator and it has the ability to send a voice message via the web. CLICK HERE to check out their website. The company is an audio recording and hosting service, where your recorded messages are automatically converted into a single code that you can attach to any website, email, or newsletter you wish. Your "audio message" is "hosted" by Audio Generator, but you determine where you would like your voice message "placed" (i.e. e-mail, website, etc).

If you are technically challenged, no need to be intimidated by this system. Once you have subscribed to Audio Generator, CLICK HERE, you will receive your Member ID code and a toll-free number to record your messages on. After recording your message, you can log on to listen to it. The link asks you if you want to place your recording in an email, newsletter or on a webpage. There is a section for "testimonials" too! The cost is $29.95 per month, and 14 cents per minute for your recording time (only).

To give you an example of how this system works on the web, please click on any of the "play" buttons under the authors' pictures (in this issue), to listen to their voice message.

Because the human voice can influence, motivate and persuade clients, I wanted to share with you some very powerful marketing tools you can begin to use immediately.
