Larry King has made a career (and millions of dollars) interviewing people. You can do the same thing—by interviewing experts, authors, speakers, and real estate agents from different parts of the country—yes, even agents in your lending area.
You’d be amazed how easy it is to get famous people to talk with you—for free! They want to build their brand and spread their ideas to people they would not normally have the opportunity to share them with — and you can give them that opportunity.
First, identify people (to interview) who you think your real estate agents would be interested in. Steve Kantor wrote a book called The Billion Dollar Agent (www.BillionDollarAgent.com), where he interviewed 70 top agents throughout the country.
Another recommended book is The Millionaire Real Estate Agent—Its Not About The Money, Its About Being The Best That you Can Be! by Gary Keller.
Check to see if an agent in your area has been featured in either of the books. Call/email and ask if you can interview them for YOUR group of agents! Hey, if they agreed to be interviewed nationally, they should have no problem being interviewed for the local crowd.
