However, taking the concept (of the mortgage savings) to a new level...you don't need to limit it to corporations only. Think about other niches that would benefit from you offering reduced closing costs and services that you have negotiated with your vendors and referral partners.
So, what's in a name?
In offering the program to companies, we had named it the "Corporate Benefits Mortgage Program". However, here are some suggestions of other "groups" to approach and an appropriate name for each niche market.
