How do you create those warm & fuzzy feelings with your clients?

You may prefer to meet clients at the Realtor’s office or at their home.

You might take the application over the phone.

You may even meet them in your office after business hours.

Rapport and credibility with your clients has already started to build when they finally sign the 1003. But, the people they REALLY will have the most contact with are either your processor (or assistant) or the closing agent.
