The mortgage industry has been telling us about the importance of Database Management through seminars and printed material. We have been told the way to increase our business and enhance our relationships is to pursue the implementation of customer relationship management system. Most top originators I have met with have agreed this is a critical component to their business, however getting started is not easy. (When reading this article, I am making the assumption that you already have contact management software—regardless of the brand.)
