Why is everyone obsessed with marketing to millennials?
Well, for one thing, they represent 34% of the home-buying market.
But that doesnít mean they can afford a buy a homeóat least not just yet!
While this may be a long-term pillar of your business, there are other niches that could bring in dough while you are waiting for the millennials to qualify to buy a home.
Right now, other niches that are booming are:
- Single Women Homebuyers
- New-Construction Buyers
- Generation X
- Hispanic Homebuyers
Single Women: The National Association of Realtors Survey of Home Buyers/Sellers says that in 2016, 17% of all home purchases were made by single women. Single men purchased less than half, or 8%.
The easy way to know who these single women are is to hold women-only home buyer seminars. They self-identify themselves by attending. Hereís an example of the title and an outline of what could be discussed.
