Your customers and prospects want to know that they are dealing with the “best of the best”. The World Wide Web is a great tool to build your fame. So, how exactly do you build your fame online and become an Internet star? Here are some ways that you can start to build your online fame today.

How Good Are You?

The first step to becoming an Internet star is to identify and define your area of expertise. Ask yourself:

  • How do you stand out from your competitors?
  • What is unique about your products or services?
  • In what way do you customize your products or services to offer the best possible solutions to your customers needs?
  • How do you WOW your customers?
  • What do your customers say to do better than anyone else?

Express Yourself

Some of the most successful online marketers are just good copywriters. They know how to use well-written words to build trust with their customers, connect with their emotions and needs and then get them to respond. Hire a good copywriter.

Write a Dynamic Biography

List your expertise shamelessly—don’t hold back. Tell everyone why you and your company are the experts. Most people hold back from shamelessly promoting themselves and their expertise—but you must tell people how and why they need to trust your expertise. Here are some questions to get you thinking about what to add to your bio.
